This is designed for experienced therapists who want ownership without having to front the facility costs. The board oversees standards so the model stays consistent across locations.
Pay progression: $30/hr (Year 1) → $35/hr → $40/hr → $45/hr → $50/hr (Year 5)
Time off: 30 unpaid days off annually during the first 5 years; after 5 years, 30 paid days off.

You operate a single-therapist location with clear SOPs. Pay increases each year as you consistently meet standards.

Earn partnership
After 5 years, you receive 20% profit share from your specific location (with ongoing performance requirements).
Partnership decisions and ongoing eligibility are subject to board oversight and documented performance standards.
Requirements to apply

Must-haves
- Licensed massage therapist in good standing (state-specific)
- 10+ years of massage experience (required to apply)
- Deep tissue competency and safe practice standards
- Documentation discipline (intake + SOAP notes)
- Professional communication and client-centered care
- Comfortable with a clinical pain-relief model (not spa luxury)
- Individual Professional Liability Insurance
- Credit Score of 650+
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with chronic pain or mobility-focused clients
- Comfortable operating a single-therapist, multi-room location
- Interest in long-term ownership and performance tracking
Not a fit
- Less than 10 years of massage experience
- Unwilling to document sessions (SOAP) or follow SOPs
- History of ethics/boundary issues or unsafe practice
- Looking for a spa-only environment or a casual side role
- Like to take excessive time off of more than 30 days a year
Operating hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 11:30 AM–6:00 PM (massage hours end at 5:00 PM).
Insurance: We do not accept insurance at any location. We do Accept HSA/FSA.
